Décode les données d'une forme binaire en texte.

Remarks

Décode les données d’une valeur binaire vers une valeur de texte à l’aide du type de codage spécifié.

• binary : données binaires à décoder.
• encoding : (facultatif) codage utilisé pour convertir le binaire en texte. Utilisez BinaryEncoding.Type pour spécifier le type de codage. Si cette valeur n’est pas spécifiée, la valeur par défaut est BinaryEncoding.Utf8.
